Since 2022, On The Spot Therapy Center has provided a unique collaborative, loving approach to the children and their families in South Jersey. We are South Jersey's first Sensory Gym and Therapy Center that specializes in play-based, motor and language rich play.
Since we began two years ago, we have held over 80 SpOT groups for children, we've held supported community-outings, parent workshops, Speech- OT summer camps, Trim and Play Hair sensory cut events and birthday parties to support our special littles and their amazing families... and received such positive feedback throughout the process.
While our therapy center has been limited by space in the past, we have been thrilled to move to our new, bigger building in February 2024 (just a short 8 minute drive south from our previous Marmora location). This move has allowed us to offer our OTS Speech-OT Early Learning Program (our supported educational program modeled after last year's successful camp program) throughout the year now.
Our program is different. Designed to lay foundation of skills for children aged 2.5 to 5 years olds.... we are a therapist run program (meaning, in your child will be guided by professionals that are educated, experienced and proactive about your child's development).
Our program is structured with daily activities that include music, literacy, movement, and interactive play, with Speech and Occupational therapists on hand to provide support in a sensory and language-rich environment. We focus on developing social/emotional, cognitive, gross and fine motor, expressive/receptive language, and self-help skills. Rest assured that your child will receive plenty of love and attention from our caring team. (And, there's no need to worry about potty training - we welcome all children in this age group regardless of diapers or not.)

On The Spot Therapy Center is proud to be a collaborative team for each child we work with....We are your "S.P.P.O.T." family (Speech therapist. Parent. Physical therapist. Occupational therapist and teacher)

We tailor to each child's individualized learning style by using a multi-sensory approach to presenting information.
Our program utilizes visual supports and sensory embedded play, with a focus on language development through a Total Communication Approach. This approach uses verbal, sign, and visual communication to support the building of language skills.
We incorporate fun and interactive play, music, books, sensory play, and manipulatives to enhance learning based on thematic units, which help to build neural connections and structure to our day.
